Embedded Software is rapidly growing in all industries, including Automotive, Avionics, Data Centers, etc. At Vayavya, we develop software for Automotive, EDA, Semiconductors, and Networking while acquiring numerous patents covering EDA/ESL, Embedded SW, and SW Automation domains.

We are looking for engineers who have experience in developing Automotive firmware and embedded software.

Job Description:

The Technical Project Manager, Software Engineering, will implement Automotive Product Software & Firmware Engineering activities.He/she is responsible for leading, building, aligning, and driving the team to address Software Engineering and development using CMI & ASPICE processes and bring in Automotive Embedded domain know-how in terms of technology, architecture (AUTOSAR), and concepts (FuSa & Cyber Security). He/she will lead, empower, and motivate the team of software engineering professionals in the design, development, and functional testing of products and technologies

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 8-15 years’ experience in the Automotive Embedded Engineering  
• Leading 5 ~6 Technical Lead/Module Leads with a Total size of the Team of 35 ~ 40 engineers working on multiple Projects 
• Build a sustainable Pyramid structure for Embedded Development 
• Technical Delivery of the Projects:  Quality, Cost & Delivery 
• Software Estimation of  Work Products & Negotiation 
•  Scheduling, Resource Loading & Load Forecast (KPI’s, review, effective utilization & Quality)        Experienced on CMMI-level 3(min.), ASPICE & Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, & ISO 27001 processes 
•  Effective utilization of Technical Leads /SMEs (Subject Matter experts, e.g., CAN, UDS, etc.) is available for reviews and Knowledge Management 
•  Management of Team training, Knowledge Management & Attrition (buffer) Management 
•   Monthly Project report on Efficiency, Technical Leads, Managed services, KPI/SLA, Attrition    , Work Product Review, Support 
•  Weekly sharing of Lessons Learned & best practices among Technical Leads/Technical Project Managers. 
•  Communication, Governance & Escalation 
•  Project Management & Tracking (KPI, Status Reporting & Dashboard) 
•  Create Docupedia on Lessons Learned, Best practices & Project Specific Training, and store in Share point\OpenDXM 
•  Stakeholder Engagement & Satisfaction 
•   Automotive Software Maintenance, Warranty compliance knowledge 

Must Have Technical Skills:

•  Embedded C Firmware Development & Debugging 
•  Requirement, Design, Code, Test, Integration & Review 
•  Understanding of the HW and Schematics Development
•  Compilation/Link /Locate/Make & Build  
•  Software development AUTOSAR Application OS, BS, COM Stack, MCAL & OBD
•  Static & Dynamic Code Analysis (MISRA 2004/2012, Cert, MAAB) & Warning Removal 
•  “V Model ” SDLC Agile/Waterfall
•  Test Case Creation & Execution : White/Black box 
•  Unit Testing Tessy/RTRT/Vector Cast/TPT/CANTATA 
•  Communication Protocols UDS CAN/LIN/Flex ray/ UDS/14229/15765/J1939 
• CANoe/CANalyser & CAPL/Python Program
