What Our Employees Have To Say
Sathyaprakash Krishna
Embedded Engineer
It has been 5-months that I am working in SystemC/TLM at Vayavya Labs and the ride couldn’t be more fun! I stepped into the organization with some knowledge on C and Peripherals. It is with the intense training, opportunity to work on live projects and seasoned mentorship that I excelled in the field over time. I feel my basic understanding on peripheral helped me climb the learning ladder fast and provided a new perspective on the use case of C++.
Veeresh Ambe
Software Architect
There are multiple things that make my every day exciting at Vayavya- The ability to work on different and challenging technical tasks, helping juniors with their difficulties, talking to the CEO and reaching out to senior management directly about non-technical stuff. Working on pre-sales for various projects exposed me to a totally different side of the work. One of the best parts is the flat organization structure where you can reach out to anyone and discuss issues in your project and getting a proper response from the person to help you out.
Varun Patil
Engineering Manager
Vayavya Labs has given me a platform where I have been able to work on multiple technologies and the ability to handle various challenges associated with each task. Also, the kind of support given by the management helps you to be motivated enough to punch above your weight. The flat organization structure gives an opportunity to interact with people working in different domains and keeps you well aware of the activities happening around you.
Freny Padalia
Embedded Software Engineer
I joined Vayavya 3 years back with nearly zero experience in SystemC/TLM. It is over time I worked on the live projects & understood the application. My seniors at Vayavya supported me throughout the learning process, even when it meant clearing the basic concepts of C/C++. For anyone planning to pursue a career in the same, I could only suggest asking as many questions around the use case of SystemC/TLM and understanding how interesting it is to work on a fascinating technology. When it comes to technical knowledge, a good command of the C language can help you in the long run.
