Job Brief:

As we expand our brand’s presence, we seek a skilled Social Media Specialist to help grow our online reach and engage our audience with impactful content. This role is pivotal in elevating our brand visibility, managing digital marketing campaigns, and strategically enhancing our social media presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Content CreationDevelop, implement and manage social media strategies to align with Vayavya Labs’ branding and business goals.
  1. Plan and execute content calendars for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
  2. Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing social media posts (text, images, videos) that resonate with our target audience.
  3. Use tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or others to design content for various social channels.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and comments, and engage with followers
  • Build relationships with influencers, industry partners, and community members to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
  • Assist in optimizing paid advertising across channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, for B2B audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company culture, achievements, and employee stories to strengthen Vayavya Labs’ brand image.
  • Work closely with the content team to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and website content for SEO, ensuring content aligns with target keywords and industry trends.
  • Conduct keyword research and stay updated on SEO best practices to enhance organic reach and visibility.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, and/or Sprout Social.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and video editing software.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret social media metrics and develop actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for visuals, to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to online engagement.
