Role Summary
We are looking for a Pre-Sales professional who can articulate the value proposition and can help identify and shape sales opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of Sales and Engineering, and is critical to converting opportunities into winnable, deliverable, and scalable engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
Identify potential prospects and work with sales team to help open the door in the accounts and set up initial discussions with the sales and technical team
Opportunity Shaping & Qualification:
Engage in early-stage customer discussions to understand problem statements
Work with sales and engineering to convert ambiguous requirements into structured opportunities and solution approaches
Work with sales to qualify deals based on technical feasibility, strategic fit, and revenue potential
Build Org structures for companies identifying the key stake holders
Solutioning & Value Proposition
Work with sales team to define solution architecture and approach
Skills & Experience:
5–7 years in Pre-Sales / Solutioning / Technical Sales
Strong understanding of embedded systems and software lifecycle
Experience in Automotive, Semiconductor/EDA, or Industrial domains
Strong communication and writing skills with the capability to build customer relationships
Good To Have:
Exposure to SystemC, Virtual Platforms, Digital Twins
Knowledge of Automotive standards (ISO 26262, AUTOSAR)
Experience with global customers

Quality of the pipeline – Accuracy of scope and estimates
Sales and delivery team feedback
Contribution to the pipeline
