Marketing Lead / Senior Lead – Engineering Services

Role Summary:

We are looking for a marketing professional who can drive marketing for a deep-tech engineering company.
This role goes beyond digital marketing—it requires someone who can connect our engineering strengths to business outcomes
through structured campaigns, strong messaging, and consistent execution.

The role will work closely with leadership, pre-sales, sales, engineering, and HR teams to build brand visibility, generate leads, and support talent acquisition.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
    1. Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals
    2. Translate Vayavya’s “silicon-to-system” positioning into clear messaging  
    3. Plan campaigns across key focus areas (Automotive, Semiconductor/EDA, AI-led engineering)
  2. Digital Marketing
    1. Manage website, SEO, and digital campaigns  
    2. Drive LinkedIn-led thought leadership and outreach  
    3. Work with internal/external teams to execute campaigns effectively
  3. Events & Industry Engagement
    1. Plan and manage participation in industry events and conferences  
    2. Own messaging, collateral, and follow-ups  
    3. Ensure events contribute to measurable business outcomes
  4. Content & Positioning
    1. Work with engineering and pre-sales team to create relevant marketing content  
    2. Develop case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and presentations -Ensure content reflects technical depth and credibility
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration
    1. Work closely with engineering and pre-sales to understand solutions and build narratives  
    2. Partner with sales and pre-sales on campaigns and customer engagement
    3. Collaborate with HR for employer branding initiatives
  6. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
    1. Support HR in attracting high-quality engineering talent  
    2. Run targeted campaigns for niche skill areas  
    3. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across hiring and marketing

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in engineering services, semiconductor, automotive, or deep-tech domains preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution
  • Experience in lead generation and supporting the sales pipeline
  • Ability to work with technical teams and simplify complex concepts
  • Experience managing events and industry engagements
  • Hands-on approach with a strong ownership mindset
