Job Brief:

Vayavya Labs is a pioneer in Hardware Software Interface Management Technologies. Embedded Software is rapidly growing across all industries, including Automotive, Avionics, and Data Centres. At Vayavya, we develop software for Automotive, EDA, Semiconductors, and Networking while acquiring numerous patents covering EDA/ESL, Embedded SW, and SW Automation domains.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for consulting and working with customers on various safety and security projects, along with internal competency-building projects
  • Mentor a team of engineers for automotive cybersecurity competency 
  • Responsible for TARA, CAL derivation, Attack tree creation, and Vulnerability Analysis
  • Responsible for cyber security requirements analysis, reviews, requirements traceability, change requests, and documentation
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining the cybersecurity system architecture and various documents related to ISO21434 work products, including the cybersecurity plan, CS concept
  • Provides cybersecurity technical expertise and oversight in software, hardware, and production. 
  • Provides cybersecurity expertise with key management, Autosar Crypto stack & HSM integration, SecOC, CMAC, HMAC, etc
  • Responsible for providing solutions to customers, including tools, testing methods like Pen testing and Fuzz testing
  • Establish Development, Validation & Process for Root of Trust for Bootloader/ Manager & Application 
  • Establish Development, validation & Process for Key Management, Secure PKI handling, Signature, Generation, Replacement & Transportation  
  • Set up a Lab for PEN/FUZ Fuzz testing for CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, GSM & Bluetooth, etc.

 

Mandatory:

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Good understanding of embedded systems and C programming 
  • Knowledge of communications protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, BLE, SPI, I2C, UART
  • Understanding of secure coding and secure by design concepts
  • Experience security life cycle (cybersecurity) in accordance with ISO / SAE 21434 and/or ISO26262 functional safety standard

Good to Have Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of secure coding and secure by design concepts
  • Experience security life cycle (cybersecurity) in accordance with ISO / SAE 21434 and/or ISO26262 functional safety standard
  • Hands-on debugging Firmware & Hardware using a debugger
  •  Understanding of EVIT HSM Light/Medium/High and its application in the Automotive Industry
