Embedded software is rapidly growing in all industries. At Vayavya Labs, we develop software for EDA, Semiconductors, and Networking while acquiring numerous patents covering EDA/ESL, Embedded SW, and SW Automation.

We are looking for a Program Manager with a background in Embedded Software who will drive business growth through delivery excellence and customer engagement. 

Job Description: 
As part of this job, you will be working closely with the Leadership team, Architects and Leads. You will work with the customer to define the scope of the project and be responsible for all the project deliveries.

Technical Skills:

• Manage the projects end to end from defining the scope to the delivery
• Experience in managing projects in various execution models including Agile/Waterfall.
• Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Jira, Git, XL, etc.
• Identify program risks and come up with a mitigation plan
• Program and Project status reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure the Quality of the deliverables is met as per organization standards
• Responsible for revenue growth at multiple accounts 
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Leads
• Plan and Manage resources from the internal resource pool and hiring
• Customer management
• Project management experience on Agile framework using Scrum and Kanban Boards. 
• Familiarity in C programming – Linux device driver development, Firmware development, Board bring up, BSP, embedded systems, or consumer electronics products
• Good debugging skills
