Job Role: Senior Engineer – Embedded – Multimedia
Location: Bangalore
Experience:2 to 5 yrs

 

Vayavya is working with one of its marquee customers, a leader in consumer and wearable technologies and devices. The work is on their Linux / Android platforms for Cameras/Displays.

 

Job Description:

You will be responsible for the design, development, and unit testing of display, camera, graphics drivers and middleware

 

Key Technical Skills:

  • Excellent programming skills in C
  • Experience in Linux and Android device driver experience
  • Board bring-up expertise
  • Ability to work with bootloaders and Board Support Packages
  • Extensive experience in embedded Linux user space and kernel development
  • Experience / Familiarity with Display, Camera, multimedia, graphics drivers and middleware, DRM, and GStreamer

Key Non-Technical Skills:

  • Self-managed and the ability to learn and adapt
  • Eager to take on new challenging work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in interacting with the customers (Good to have)
